The purposes and objectives of the organization are as follows:
To create and maintain a close friendly bond and a spirit of good fellowship among deaf persons and their friends.
To promote the welfare and mutual assistance of the deaf living in or near the city of Great Falls.
To enjoy social pleasures following periodic meetings
