Deaf Overcoming Violence through Empowerment (DOVE) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit established in 2000. With the support of DOVE’s Board of Directors, our organization is dedicated to providing advocacy services for Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, or Hard of Hearing (DDBDDHH) victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of abuse in Colorado.
